Return window

Unworn items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and custom-tailored pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
